Question 1

What makes Day01 T-shirts different?

Accepted Answer

Every piece is cut from 400+ GSM heavyweight cotton with reinforced seams, built to hold its shape over years, not months. Each garment also carries a battery-free, water-sealed NFC micro-chip stitched into the lower hem.

Question 2

What is the NFC tag and how do I use it?

Accepted Answer

Tap the tag with any smartphone — no app required. Once your order ships, the tag is assigned to your specific garment; claim it from your Day01 account and set the link it opens yourself. It's a physical link-in-bio for that one piece.

Question 3

How do I find my size?

Accepted Answer

Every product page includes a full Measurement & Sizing Protocol with real body measurements for each size — check it before ordering, since fit can vary slightly between styles.

Question 4

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Across India only — we don't currently ship internationally.

Question 5

How fast do you dispatch orders?

Accepted Answer

Every order ships within 24 hours of being placed, from our atelier in Tiruppur.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery (COD) only, at this time.

Question 7

What's your exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Complimentary unworn size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, anywhere in India.

Question 8

Do you provide GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every order includes a proper GST-compliant invoice, with the correct CGST+SGST or IGST split automatically applied based on your delivery state.

Question 9

How do I care for my garment?

Accepted Answer

Wash inside out in cold water (≤ 30°C) on a gentle cycle with eco-neutral detergent. Dry flat in shade — do not tumble dry.
